Here’s something for all of us who’s being dying to eat some chapati’s or roti’s!
1/2 cup Rice flour
1/2 cup Soya Flour
1/2 cup Corn Meal
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 cup of water
Oil a skillet or a frying pan well. Cook till it becomes brown on either side. You can use butter, margerine or plain oil so it becomes soft rather than really hard and crisp.
Serve hot as a substitute for bread/nan/ roti.
