Ingredients – Servings for 2
1 cup ragi flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
a pinch of baking soda
50 gms sugar
50 gms melted butter
Mix it all up with a hand mixie or your spatula until it becomes a smooth batter.
Then take some of the batter and pour it on to ur hot pan or tawa.And cook till a little golden brown…if u want use margerine or even nutralite – the cooking butter.
Voila there u have ur healthy low calorie gluten free pancakes!In dedication to all the coeliacs in the world!
Top it with some maple syrup or honey or sugar and some butter or anything u please – jam cud be an alternative too! Happy cooking!
