Ingredients

Spaghetti – 250 gm
Minced beef /Meatballs- 250gm
(preferably lean beef)
Onion – 3 nos
(sliced)
Oil – 3 tbsp
Tomato puree – 100 gm
Ginger paste – 2 tsp
Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Mushrooms – I cup
Salt – to taste 
 
 
 
 
 
Preparation Method of Minced Beef Spaghetti Recipe

 
1)Boil water in a vessel which got enough room to cover the spaghetti and cook spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt in it until its done and drain the water.

:-Make sure the spaghetti is covered in enough water while cooking.

2)Heat oil in a large pan.
:- Preferably olive oil, if not use sunflower or vegetable oil.

3)Add the sliced onions and saute it until its brown.

4)Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry it for two minutes.Add the mushrooms and fry it , you can also add capsicum if you like.

5)Add the minced beef and fry it for about 5 minute until the beef turns into brown or the meatballs are cooked.

6)Add the tomato puree and fry it for 3 minutes.

7)Add the cooked spaghetti into the above and mix it all well.

8)Add more salt if needed and turn off the gas , sprinkle some pasta seasoning .i.e. oregano, pepper, rosemary and chilli flakes/even chilli sauce for  indian palette’s.
:- Your beef spaghetti is ready to eat.

:- Usually have it with some green leafy salad n cheese or garlic bread. 

Note – For vegetarians you could use soya chunks and roll them into balls and for non – beef eaters you could use chicken meatballs or mince meat – kheema as well.
